Feedback Suggesting the next version name of unity should be 2021

So we would be using LTS in the same year. And the beta would be reflected to the future

@AcidArrow It's bugged me when I use unity 2018 LTS in 2019 because it is LTS. In 2019 we have unity 2019.3 beta which is not finished, it also meant unity 2019.2 is not actually end product of its line

I would assume that in each year. Unity release cycle would be xxxx.0 just around the start of that year. And the last beta would be around the latter part of the year, like the recently release 2019.3 beta. Most people would really work with unity in the latest stable version, which is LTS, just on the next year

So I think as I said, to has the beta version be reflected the future. And we should be able to use the full LTS version matched with the year. Unity beta version should be released on the shifted number of that year. 2021.0 beta should be released on January 2020 and 2021.X LTS should be released at January 2021
