Suggest new features: scroll mouse to scroll menu and hover mouse on edges to auto scroll menu

    I want to scroll mouse to scroll the menu list and when i hover mouse on the top edge and bottom edge (the yellow highlights) then the list will auto scroll.
    It will be like the same as Blender software.
