Bug sudden crash

    The stack trace is all OS kernel and nvwgf2umx. nvwgf2umx.dll is part of the nvidia display drivers, not anything from your build.

    i wonder what should i say to my clients, "your display driver is having issues"? or "might have corrupted windows file"?

    I'm not sure there is much you can do for a crash seemingly within the Nvidia display drivers.

    Maybe suggest they try upgrading their drivers? The driver version listed in the player log of 24.21.13.9907 is 3 years out of date after all. I'm sure Nvidia has fixed quite a few bugs since then.
