Suddemly no more HDRP template to start an HDRP project (Version 2019.4.29f1)

    Also no URP etc templates, the only templates are 3Dbuilt-in and 2D built-in, why the heck is this happening. Wel i recently install this version of Unity it is version 2019.4.29f1
    and it even says it's LST so i would assume if it's getting long tterm support that it would work well.

    But how come i'm not gettng HDRP templates anymore, and that's just into 3 days of using this version.
    What to do?
    I already uninstalled and reinstalled HUB and the same for Unity 2019.4.29f1
