submit review button greyed out?

    I have been testing my app with local builds recently and noticed that when I try to review it the submit button is greyed out. I can't remember if this has always been the case for non-release builds or not.

    Can someone tell me? I use Device.RequestStoreReview.

    Submit button is intractable only in apps downloaded from app store. That means that submit button is disabled on all local builds even if it is set to "Release" build.
