Sublime Text 2. Vote for Unity integration.

In the recently uploaded Utube videos from Unite, I saw on of the unity developers using some interesting code editing program, I found out its name and googled it, downloaded it, and tryed it. It is brilliant.

It is a real pain right now to make it work with unity properly and its code autocomplition is very limited even with all existing plugins that I know of. Information on how to do the integration is very spread out and not everything works on all platforms so you probably will also have to figure out how to make it work or again search and ask on forums.

So if it is possible to make a good autocompletion in ST2 (or3), then it is just best code editor ever, literally. Lets ask Unity team for good integration of this amazing tool into Unity.

I'm a big, big user of sublime text 2. It's my main editor. However there's a couple of almost good hacks and virtually no mac support outside of syntax highlighting.

It would be very nice to have it so double clicking the error line in unity opens on the line in sublime. And running build in sublime presses play in unity. That would be icing on the cake, really

 

I use Sublime 3 with Unity on Mac and it jumps to the correct line just fine, have you tried that? (You need to be a registered user to download 3).

How did you setup Sublime 3 to work with unity ? Anything special to do?
Is it just download and use ?
