Bug Styles order update in UI Builder isn't saved to uxml

    If you have several style sheets in one uxml, then changing their order in hierarchy doesn't get saved to the disk, although UI builder correctly displays updated order until you re-open the uxml document.

    This issue affects the order in which uss styles are being applied (if they modify same value). Although workaround is simple (manual change of the order in uxml) I believe this small issue might give a lot of troubles to newcommers.
