Video Stuttering/Lag with Video Player on play but returns normal halfway through

    Hi,
    I can't figure out why this is happening. The video player is fine in the editor but in a build, the video player will stutter on play until half way through then it plays fine. Is there something I need to be doing with the video/videoplayer?
    Video :
    60 fps
    1920 x 1080
    H264 mp4

    Video Player:
    Wait for first frame
