Question Stuck in Resolving Packages -> Registering Packages Loop on opening ? HELP

    HI I get Resolving Packages -> Registering Packages then Resolving Packages -> Registering Packages -> xr.oculus standalone

    Unity is can not be Interacted with can not get the project settings to turn off oculus anything

    I have uninstalled my virus protection

    turn off windows firewalls

    Upgrade the project from to the latest unity 2019.4.16f1 from unity 2019.4.13f1

    Restored and Zip backup that worked yesterday

    read afew other threads any suggestion most welcome nothing is working,. the project has stopped.... HELP

    I delete all VR assets ( because is was Oculus related ) and go the scene to load again

    but wow that sucked Is there a safe mode for unity to load up with ??

    There will be soon. 2020.2 will have a safe mode feature.
