I tried most of the methods by changing the compression format and enable exceptions. The best one yet was the disabled compression format and normal enable exceptions. However, everything gets uploaded, but it's stuck at 90% every time I click play. What do I do?

I don't know what your issues are, but the 90% mark is when the loader has finished downloading the wasm and data and is initializing the engine. Usually this means a plugin or something isn't happy.

Checking the DevTools tab in the URL you shared, Unity Play is complaining that a file is not found:

    upload_2023-9-11_15-1-47.png

Can you double check if the error persists after a reupload? Maybe some file did not get properly uploaded on the server.

Hmm although, the directory name of the URL "https://<projectRoot>/Build/" should never be the target of a XHR request.

The project name contains spaces.. that is a relatively common cause of bugs in file uploads etc, so a random check might be to try to upload a project name without spaces. (I know that's a bit random testing, but that's the only thing that stands out from those logs)
