When loading an AudioClip from an Asset Bundle the audio currently cannot be streamed as access to the AudioClip is available only after it has been fully loaded into memory from the Asset Bundle. Are there plans to enable streaming audio (audio that starts playing as soon as enough data has been loaded into memory) from Asset Bundles?

Especially when building a WebGL version of a game this would be a very convenient way to keep the size of the WebGL build under control.

I am aware that it is possible to stream audio using WWW.GetAudioClip() but this does not do any caching and will keep using bandwidth at every play session.
