Video Stream video Vs asset bundle video?

    I have 2 systems for video

    1)I stream the video from streaming assets folder
    2) have an asset bundle with only video in it

    I was wondering, is there valid reasons to choose one other the other ?
    Or is it, just what I fancy having ?
