Strange url calls from unity

Hello, we are using Unity Pro with version 2019.1.9f1 on Android and iOS, everything is working fine except for the security scan which is pointing to two Unity related urls, we do have everything from analytics and hardware statistics disabled, how do we disable these calls?

https://cdp.cloud.unity3d.com/v1/events

 

The calls were being made because Analytics was activated somehow, even when the services tab showed that it was turned off, to disable the function we turned on Analytics saved and closed the project, reopened and then disabled the option again.
