Strange Performance (Constant or Spikes) in Editor

    I just built a new machine with Windows 10. It has a 6700k and a GTX970. Playing my Android project I got strange hiccups, so I made a new project and I got the same results, with PC targeted as well.

    Sometimes I get a constant WaitForFrame or EndOfFrame latency. Sometimes I get spikes.

    Because it was originally on my Android project, I didn't think to look at the GPU. There is something there. I just installed new drivers but I will reinstall and see if it gets me anywhere.
