I thought I was going crazy when I had tested my game on an Acer A500 as the graphics would flicker with no z-scaling so the eyes on the head would seem super large and in even size (iso) no matter what angle the perspective camera was facing or what distance the eyes would be seen through the back of the head. The head would flicker in an out of view as the subject approached from a far. One of my characters consistently had no pupils! I tested with simple unity primitives.

I thought maybe my quality settings were to blame but nothing seemed to change the look. On iOS everything looked fine and on my Galaxy S gen 1 everything looked ok so I thought it was the Acer Tablet giving me the issue.

I went into the editor and changed Free view to 800 x 1280 (WXGA Portrait) which matches the Acer Tablet.
I set Graphics Emulation -> Generic OpenGL ES2.0
Hit Play and Bam the issue is shown right in the Unity Editor.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    Is there a work around?

    Unity Build 3.5.6f4 Android 4.0.3

Note: Use 32-bit / 24-bit buffers were both toggled on/off with no change in appearance.
