Strange effect on water materials - android build only

    Hello! I've been struggling this week trying to figure out why exactly on android I'm getting a strange effect on my water in the built player



    In editor, on iOS and on Windows Standalone, it all works perfectly, however when I build on android it gives me this stripey weirdness.

    At first I thought it might be the particular water plugin I was using (River Auto Material), however on purchasing every other water tool from the asset store, have noted that its also happening on every other one too. Has anyone seen this sort of thing before / know whats going on here?

    The behaviour is the same on an S5, S8 and a Huawei P20 Lite. I'm using 2019.3.10f1, URP 7.3.1. Opaque and Depth Texture are on.
