Strange baked lighting glitch

    I have just started with Unity baking and so far it is not looking good. lol

    I have attached an example of what I'm seeing (look at game view, bottom):

    Has anyone had this happen, or know what could be causing it?

    Looks like UV Problems or Scale in lightmap too low. Do you create your own UVs on channel 2 (in max) or 1 (in unity) ?
    How many objects are there ?

    I didn't create any UVs, so I'm not sure how to check on the channels.
    There are 495 objects (the objects that look like 2x4 studs), which are all rectangles.
    I tried increasing the "scale on lightmap" for the objects, as well as increasing the environment lighting resolution but still the same.

    Do you have generate lightmap UVs checked on in the import settings of the mesh?
