Strange 2018.1 Editor UI Issue

    I've noticed a weird bug or issue on my 2018.1 editor. The windows in this version of the editor always have the top border of every window cropped off. I am using Windows 8.1 OS. I opened 4.7, 5.6 and 2017.3 editors and do not see this same issue in any of those editors. Here are some comparison images to show what is occurring. If anyone can confirm this or provide help in how to resolve this it would be awesome.

    Just checked mine, appears fine. On Windows 10 however.

    Yeah it happens man.. Now that you mention it, I think I used to face the same issue.
    Might can try resetting to the default layout and see if that helps..

    When I went from 2017.2 to 2017.4 I ran into a bunch of layout issues. Resetting to default did the trick for that as well.

    Does anyone know who I can contact that might work on the team engineering Unity's editor? Someone I could show this to and see if it's a simple fix? @Aras - Not sure if you know someone?

    As I recall, submitting a duplicate isn’t a bad thing. It adds weight to the issue. I would do it, it might help bubble it up.

    Or it might give more info that helps to solve it, especially for hard to find edge cases.

    Yeah I am wondering if this has anything to do with my Windows OS settings for border width on all windows. I make it very small so that all of my OS windows have a narrow border. The odd thing is, it looks fine in 2017.3, but you can see the top is chopped off editor windows in 2018.1. My question is, what did they change in regard to editor windows in 2018? What became different there? I will submitting my bug report and include this information.
