Store Id

A workaround that has worked for us in the past is to navigate to the Growth/User Acquisition section of the dashboard and add your app there using the store link (you don't need to create a campaign or anything, just click "Advertise this app"). From here, try to add the store id to your monetize project settings.

If that doesn't work, can you please create a ticket with us directly and provide a link to the app in the store and the relevant game ID in the ticket? To create a ticket, please click on the question mark at the top corner of the dashboard and scroll down to the file a ticket section.
