    I thought it was a phishing email at first, but no, the SPF/DKIM authenticated.

    But you know what stuck out? The MX record.

    And what is conversica?
    Can't tell what's more insulting, you sending me spam emails or using AI to pretend an actual person sent it.

    This is obviously within Unity's range of ethical AI usage.

    Should, perhaps, be a warning to us all.

    Maybe someone @Unity sees this:

    Just had an unpleasent encounter with this bot, too.
    I thought it was totally okay to have a bot send the first mail and only forward me to an actual person, if I say yes.

    But the bot replied, asking for a number to just randomly call.
    This is not how I work. I make appointments and had asked for coordination of an appointment, stating my availability.

    There is room for improvement.
    Please only have the bot handle the very first contact and then hand it over to an employee.
