Stop Recording unity

I want other app not record unity android app , I need this functionality .
Is this possible in unity 3D.

 

What other app? What do you mean by "record"?

If you're more specific maybe someone can help.

 

I need no one other app like
AZPro , Duo Recording app record screen ,
but i need some cases or for some unity app , recording not allowed by these apps.

when any one AZpro apk run for record unity app runing , then that app restricted mean unity app restrict recording .
No one take screenshot or record some unity runing app .

Such type of setting i need this in unity .

 

It is fundamentally impossible, if the user can see it, they can record it.

You can try to limit it by setting FLAG_SECURE on the window, but that's the extent of it.

Its impossible to simultaneously display images to a user and keep the same images hidden from a user. If it goes on a screen, it can be captured.

Even if you could somehow prevent the user from running capture software, they can still physically intercept the photons as they leave the screen.

Yeah, but since its a custom unity feature, it'll need to be done as a private ('off the books') contract. Normally it'd cost you $1 million dollars because of reasons, but as we're all working from home noone will find out, so Im willing to arrange something for $25000. As pointed out, it's not a Unity thing, it is OS thing. I don't believe it is possible, but feel free to check with Android, there is nothing Unity can do about it.

 

No. There is no way to completely prevent screenshots and recordings. At best you can only prevent them on insecure screens and devices by applying the secure flag to your application, but if the screen or device has the flag too then the user will be able to do as they please.

There's no way to detect this and even if there was, there's a million ways this could be circumvented. The security you are asking for is not available in consumer devices.

They probably don't. (I have no idea what is that application...)
But just consider this: I have two phones (one private and one company). Now, if you somehow block me to take a screenshot of your app, I just take my other phone and make a photo of the screen and that's it.

I don't even understand what would be your use case for this? Why someone would use your application when you're blocking their ability to use their device properly?

I’ll be honest, if I have root access to a machine and some program on it still insists on trying to prevent me from doing anything, I’ll uninstall it very quickly. Sudo is not a request.

even if you could find some way to prevent part of the screen from being recorded , you could still capture it as it goes to the monitor. The os has no control over anything once the signal leaves the hdmi out.

if you find a program that somehow forbids it, they did a lot of work and custom code for it. They probably have a list of the most common recording tools and simply check for a process with their label. They probably have even triggers that turn their screen black if they detect part of a screenshot keystroke. You could detect Command And Shift being pressed and turn your window black before the user presses 3 to complete the sequence. Either way it’s janky and going to not be worth the effort.

What you've said is completely irrelevant. It's not only possible but very easy to break the app's protection. Anyone can do it if they have access to the Internet and have enough intelligence to Google "Bigo Live screenshot" or "Bigo Live record", or have friends that have already broken it and can show them how.

Well, this is specifically what HDCP is for. That's irrelevant to the OP, though, as an app can't force HDCP to be used, and even if you could then it just wouldn't work on any device which doesn't support it.

And even then, as people have said, you can just take a picture of the screen.
