    Hi,
we have the problem that we migrated a project from one cloud server to another.
so the users from the old cloud server were invited to the new cloud with there same email.
i the removed their access to the old cloud.
but when they open the UDVC client, it still tries to logon to the old server which they do no more have access to.
they can then also not reach the "manage repositories" dialog toswitch to the new cloud server.

    what can we do?

Hi, If you are using the Plastic GUI, in the top-right corner, you can manage the Accounts so the user can review the email and password are correct for your current Plastic Cloud organization.

The users may already have workspaces pointing to the cloud organization that they don't have access to anymore.
They will need to create a new local workspace but this time pointing to a repository of the new cloud organization.

Please let us know if it helps.

is there a config file where we can remove old cloud server logins from?

    Hi,

You can delete the following files:
    C:\Users\xxx\AppData\local\plastic4\client.conf
    C:\Users\xxx\AppData\local\plastic4\profiles.conf
    C:\Users\xxx\AppData\local\plastic4\tokens.conf
    C:\Users\xxx\AppData\local\plastic4\cloudregions.conf

    Regards,
    Carlos.
