Question Still using FogBugz?

I recently submitted a bug via the Editor and am wondering if that's still the preferred means.

The tracking page for the bug is out of the 90s and I wouldn't be totally surprised if such bug submissions go into a queue that's no longer being checked. Sorry for the pessimism

I've learned more things since I submitted the bug, but the tracking page is lacking any functionality for adding/updating info. Luckily before submitting, I added a link to a forum post that can be added to... but won't necessarily be seen by a Unity team member either.

I believe I followed a Unity "how to submit a bug" type of guide, but am curious if this is in fact the correct means.
