Hello, I m a student trying to get some stuff done with the oculus, but I m having some issues. I ve looked around for quite some tutorials, guides, and videos so i can get a 3d model I made (tried both c4d and 3dmax) into a VR environment, so it can be explored. Most guides suggested Unity so I got my 3d model into a new project. Here I ve had troubles: using both unity 4.x (which needed his own asset for streoscopic vision) and unity 5.x (enabling 3d render and steroscopic stuff on the player tab) I can t get the double vision camera on the GAME tab. I tried compiling anyway but the oculus doesn t recognize the video output, so stays orange (no blue light). I ve tried a number of things to get it working but got nowhere. The oculus is properly attached and other programs work just fine.
What's the catch? i m not trying to do anything funny, just navigate a 3d environment I built. all I need is a controller camera that gives out the stereo view. shouldn t be hard at all but nothing works for me.

    Thanks

it is a dk2, i ve checked all the lastest version and i imported the assets for oculus integration (both the old version which needed manual import and the new one with just the executable, unity 4.x and 5.x)
