stereo or mono files exports this is the question

I am creating music and sound design on logic pro and I need to know what is the best way to export stereo files into Unity? the soundtracks are for background music ( not for the objects)

Do I export an interleaved stereo file or is it better to export two mono files?

for the objects, I suppose it is better to export mono files , right?
