Stereo audio playing as mono when it is stream-ing

If users stream our stereo audio files then they play as mono audio. But if they download the stereo audio files then they play as stereo audio.

This is a new problem, the stereo audio files used to stream in stereo but now only stream in mono. It may have been something we did because we were making adjustments to the audio in Unity.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

 

Hi. Did you manage to solve this problem I'm dealing with the same thing and have no clue of what to do.
