steamvr : 2017.4 vs 2018.3 performance?

    Any comments on which version to pick for a steamvr/vive vr project?

    On a quick test it felt like 2017.4 was much smoother in vive,
    and 2018.3 seemed lagging for no reason..

    Going to test it again to confirm, but just asking in case this is some known issue.
