Steam Achievements popup to appear inside game window only

Hi, we've implemented achievements using Steamworks.net but the popup window informing player about getting the achievement keeps popping up in monitor's lower right corner even if the game is in 800x600 windowed mode. Is there a way to make it appear in the lower right corner of the game window only or is it controlled by steam and we can't do anything? Thanks a lot in advance!
