StateMachine graph not loading

    Hi, I am on VS 1.7.8 Unity 2021.3.7f1, very sporadically a SateMachine on an instanced prefab never loads the graph, I can't reproduce it on my computer, only some at QA. Tried Embed and graph, source, using Embed seems to mitigate the problem but still happens. I wonder if someone is aware of this issue.
