State Machine blending with Timeline

    We are currently blending between a looping idle animation with Mecanim and new animation in timeline.

    My issue with that when blending from the Mecanim idle there is a pop in the knee area.


    1) Mecanim will be playing here with the looping idle animation clip.

    2) The blend over 1 second into the timeline which will override the Idle animation clip(Mecanim) to the new animation clip set in the timeline.
    - This is where we are seeing a pop in the knees as soon as the blend starts.
    - Also the feet change position that is different to the position of the animation clip that we are blending into. (They get closer together than they are in either animation clip)
