Startup crash in editor and built games

    The editor can't start as in you cannot load the project, or that you can't press the "Play" button?

    The entire editor. Hub works fine, launching the editor at all gives me the Unity splash for a moment, followed by nothing. Launching any Unity game gives me a crash dialog.
