Question [Starter assets] First person touch navigation - Custom rotation at the beginning of the game

    Hi folks,

    I would like to have a custom camera rotation at the beginning of my game. To achieve this, I rotated the 'PlayerCameraRoot' as I wanted. However, the problem is that this causes the camera to hiccup when the user first touches the rotation control:



    Q: I assume this is an issue with Cinemachine not updating the values, right? How can I set a custom rotation at the beginning of the game and ideally achieve a smooth camera rotation?

    Can you give some details about the setup?

    Hi @Gregoryl,

    thank you for your interest. It's the default 'playground' starter scene with the exception that the X-rotation of 'PlayerCameraRoot' is set to '-18'. You can download the project here.
