starter animation tutorial ?

    hi, i'm trying to make my player move, i have tried many searches on the web, trying to find tutorial on animation using legacy animation system, but i only find tutos about Mecanim, somebody can point to me to a good animation legacy system tutorial or some mecanim tutorial without using muscles ?
