Feedback Star Rating for packages and Reviews like in the asset store will bring Transparency.

    The package manager should offer star rating and short reviews (Twitter) for the packages, both those in preview and otherwise.

    This system can't be great and beneficial for the users in the asset store and bad for Unity unless one has something to hide.
