Hi I've just started with Unity 5 (used Unity since the early days as asset creator)

Can anyone shed some light on why some of my Skinned Meshes display the same Material with the Standard Shader differently? The Brown color on the unboned objects and unity Primitives is expected where the same material displays very differently on the bonned versions, I've tried with and without giving it UVs. All use the same FBX export settings in Lightwave.

The Primitives use the Mesh Renderer and all the Cats use Skinned Mesh Renderers.

I use Lightwave 11.0.3 (I've been with them since it was 4)

    Any help or pointers appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Hey have you had a solution for this? I have exactly the same with a mesh I imported...
