Standard Assets Missing

    For the last several releases of Unity 2018, the standard assets aren't being installed. 'Assets, Import Package' just shows 'Custom Package'. If I go to the Unity Download Archive page the links for Standard Assets always return 'File not found'. I know I can get them from the asset store, but why doesn't it work as it's supposed to?
