Standard Assets Error

    Every time i try to install standard assets from asset store i got this two errors.
    Tried with few unity versions and the error is still showing. BTW my project folder is clean / empty.
    I need this asset for my project and i don't know what to do...

    I switched back to 5.5.0f3 (64bit) - that is version im using right now.
