Standalone player crashing on some Windows 10 machines but not others

Our unity "game" was created by resources no longer with the company so troubleshooting is a bit problematic. I'm trying to come up to speed on all things Unity but it's slow going

So we recently updated the project to 2018.2.8f1. If I build the project and double click the project.exe, it will work on some computers running Windows 10 and not on others after copying the files from the build folder.

Took a look at the Windows 10 versions and we have 2 with 1809 that crash and one with the 1809 that works. 1803 seems to work and our Windows 7 PC works fine as well.

Attaching the crash dump and related files hoping someone might be able to point us in the right direction!

I debugged the crash and it appears you're hitting this (fixed) issue:

https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/is...n-due-to-unityplayer-dot-dll-access-violation. It's related to the graphics driver, which is why it doesn't repro on every PC.

The bug was fixed in 2018.3 and was backported to 2018.2.17f1.
