So ssd's do not last forever. My old MLC 160 GB intel ssd drive just died. The drive is old though. From 2009. It served its last 3 years being my unity work area. How old was your drive and how much data was written to it in its lifetime? The drive lasted 11 years before quitting which I think is pretty good. I will update this thread with drive reads and writes once I start the data recovery process if it is at all possible.
