sqlite3 for ARM64

    Hi there.

    We are trying to build our game for Android but have come up against a problem. We get a missing dll crash on 64bit Android devices related to libsqlite.so.

    We have noticed in Android Studio, when analysing the APK, there is 'libsqlite3.so' and 'libjs.so' missing from the arm64-v8a folder.

    I have been searching for hours online but to no avail. Did Unity release the required dll files for ARM64 support on Android?

    I am using the latest 2017 LTS version which I have seen on forums apparently had the 2018.3 fix for 64bit rolled back, yet the problem persists.
