Sprites in new sorting layers not rendered black if unaffected by lights

    Hi,

When I add new sorting layers and place sprites within these and no lights at all are targeting these layers the sprites end up being drawn as is. I expect them to be drawn completely black since nothing is lighting them. The weird thing is that if I place the sprites in some of my old sorting layers, and no lights are targeting them then they end up being black. If I add a global light with no intensity and target the new layer it works as expected.

I have a vague memory of setting up a global list of lit sorting layers which would explain why new ones are not lit. But I can't remember if that is actually the case and if so where to do it :)

    Any ideas?
