I want to use the Default-Diffuse for lighting, but when I change the material from Sprites-Default a skybox blocky shape appears around the image. How do I remove it or make it transparent? The lighting affects the inside image so I don't see why there's a blocky shape.

Note: left has Diffuse, right doesn't.

I created my own Material with Sprites-Diffuse and it worked as intended, thank you! One odd thing to note is that when I rename the file the blockyness reappears, good thing I don't need to rename it.

Excellent. If you are using a sprite collection, that may be why. It's probably because whatever is accessing that file, is now a different name, so it reverts to previous. If using a sprite collection, just update it
