Question sprite problem

In Unity my sprites vary in size across different platforms.

For UI, use a canvas and anchors (like anchor the hearts in the top left corner) and enable canvas scale with screen size.

 

Not to fix the UI. I want to fix the sprite. I want a sprite that looks the same size on every platform.

 

Are the sprites also in UI or rendered via the camera?
In the editor change the game view aspect ratio and resolution to see if it's a ratio issue or resolution issue
