Feedback Sprite Editor custom outline should ignore tiny click-and-drag boxes

    I can't count how many times I've accidentally created useless points that I need to delete by a mistaken click that I didn't intend to drag. This frequently happens when trying to add a new point on an existing line and misclicking a little.

    Solution
    Small click-and-drags should be ignored. There isn't even a draw back: even if someone has a single pixel that they want to enclose they can always zoom in a little more.
