Sprite atlases not listed in build log

We are using Unity 5.3.6p8, i just realized that the build report doesn't list any information about sprite atlases (using Sprite Packer).

I found this bug by @andymads :

It appears to have been fixed (starting with 5.4 ?)

Can anyone comment as to whether:

1. This is indeed fixed starting with 5.4 ?
2. Is there any 5.3.x version that this is going to be fixed in?

 

That's not my bug, I just commented on it.
