Spotlight Android - uexpected behaviour

    I've three spot lights in my 2-d Android game. All at full intensity. I've tried project quality at Fantastic as well as Fast, I am still seeing the same result. I am forcing GLES 2 as GLES 3 is giving me errors. Multithreading is disabled. Spot light behaves differently on different devices. It looks great in Editor, Iphone 5, ipad air, Nexus 5. Work descent in old samsung Nexus S, but works terrible on Nexus 7. On nexus 7, intensity of headlight is too low, colors are light. I do see ripples in light. Given Nexus 7 has much better spec than old Google Samsung Nexus S, lights still work okay on Nexus S.

    1) Why Light behave differently on different device?
    2) How do I detect whether current device supports light or not? I can turn it off if it is not supported.
