Which version of Unity are you using?

I was using last Unity version, but I found the solution.

Solved it by changing the Rendering Path from Forward to Legacy Deferred on the Camera component at the Main Camera.

With unity 5 the forward mode should be able to handle non-directional shadowcasters.
However, I notice your pictures are from the scene view, is the same bug in the game view as well?

Yes, both scene and game view didn't project shadows to the floor from the spotlight.
