Why does Spot Light make shine objects behind and away from oneself?

Below in the picture on the character's arm is attached SpotLight

As can be seen, the person, the carcass and the character's arms do not into the SpotLight cone, but are illuminated :(
The impression is that the cone Spot light does not light in the direction of the spot, but in all directions. Is the atmospheric dispersion of light simulated? But then it is too strong, there should not be such. Whereas how to reduce it for a specific light source?

The shine disappears if SpotLight is dragged further away, but this in my opinion is incorrect, and will bad in indoor spaces.

How to get rid of excessive shine?

may be the shine because I select "Mobile/BumpedDiffuse" shader.
if I select "Standart" shine is off.
