Splatoon like game

Cool! How did you achieve the effect of "swimming" through the ink?

I looove Splatoon and I am interested in this kind of Asset. Looks great in your videos.

I would like to make a game which shares a few similarities, but isn't quite the same as splatoon. What I need is the colouring of the walls, but not the ink diving. Are you going to sell this via Asset Store? Or is there another way to obtain the basics to this technique from you?
