    Hi!
I don`t know why but our custom splash screen appears for a two second, then starts to flicker (like a strobe) on and off on ios build. Android build works fine without flicking

You'll need to give more details if you want anyone to be able to help: you don't know why the flicker happens, can't expect someone else to do with basically zero info: unity version, iOS version, player build settings, etc.

Hey we are having the same Issue. Unity Version: 2022.1.13f1
Did u eventually figure it out? :)
It also only happens in IOS builds.

    Might be important:
We first load a "Initilalize Scene" which loads important managers and makes them DontDestroyOnLoad.

Hi, yes I solved this problem. The problem was in my camera setting (clear flags) on the first scene, I changed this setting from depth only to solid color. After that screen flicks are gone. Try to check the camera settings in your initialize scene

This is consistently a thing to check anytime you have a screen glitch or flicker: make sure 100% of every frame of your game has a fully-rendered camera on it. This most often comes up with loading screens where you don't yet have the camera loaded. Make one beforehand and destroy it once the real one loads.
